Kit Includes:

• (1) UTV Plow Blade: Your choice of size and material.
• (1) Pro 2.0 UTV Push Tube (106300):
  • • Enhanced Lift: Front-mount design offering 30"+ of lift height.
    • Heavy Duty: 1-1/2" 12-gauge square steel tubing with 1/4" thick pivot bushings.
    • Easy Adjustments: Features an easy-pull pin for blade angle adjustment and 6 five-degree blade pitch adjustments. 
    • Smooth Rotation: 6" diameter POM injection-molded rotator bushing.
• (1) Vehicle-Specific Front Mount (105865):
  • • Front-Mount Design: Optimized for high ground clearance and easy attachment.
    • Heavy-Duty Steel: Base plate is laser-cut from 3/16" Grade 50 steel.
    • Reinforced Tabs: 1/4" thick Grade 50 steel tabs prevent bending under pressure.
    • Trail-Ready: Tapered tabs reduce hang-ups while trail riding.

  • Versatility: Pushes snow straight ahead or angles up to 25 degrees to either side.
  • Design: 16” vertical face (21” with flap). 66" and 72" models include a 7" 2-ply rubber flap.
  • Construction: 11-gauge steel blade with 3/16" Grade 50 ribbing and a 2-sided steel wear bar.
  • Hardware: Heavy-duty 3" diameter Grade 50 steel skid plates and Grade 8 bolts.

  • Hardware: Heavy-duty 3" diameter Grade 50 steel skid plates and Grade 8 bolts.

Important Notes:

• Winch Not Included: This kit requires a winch for lifting.
• Winch Mount 101660 will only work with the U45w-R2 winch.
• Bumper Requirements: Requires the stock front bumper.
• Vehicle Fitment: Verified for Gator XUV 845 and 877 series.

  • #106680 Pulley: Features a 2-1/8" steel wheel to prevent cable damage and improve lift geometry, reducing electrical strain on your Gator.
  • #106470 12" Soft Strap: USA-made heavy-duty webbing with a 3,200 lb break strength.

• Hydraulic Actuator (Angle) Kit
  • Effortlessly angle your blade from the cab using a Carling Technologies dash switch. Includes 12V Parker Industries hydraulic cylinder and full wiring kit.

• Leveling & Extension Kits
  • Track Extension (106330): Extends the blade 10.33” for machines with tracks.
  • Push Tube Leveling Kits: Allows mounting of push tube at the correct height so the blade is level.
    • 1" Negative (106320) - For machines 8.5"-9.5"
    • 1"-2" Standard (106322) - For machines 11.5"-14"
    • 4" Positive (106324) - For machines 14"-16"

• Side Shields: Made of 3/16” powder-coated black Grade 50 steel, these extensions add width to the blade while reducing snow and dirt overflow.
